Delivery Information
All items are shipped with Australia Post, with an option of Standard and Express shipping.
Once you order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note SwissWellness are not responsible for Australia Post’s delivery schedule and cannot guarantee your item will be received in the above time frame. If your item does not arrive or is lost in transit we are not legally responsible.
Once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post it is then property of Australia Post. If further investigation is required to locate your parcel we will assist in any way we can but are not responsible for the out come.
